1. Who we are

Oranje Bridge ("we", "us", "our") is a managed business hub based in the Netherlands. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website and forms.

2. What we collect

When you fill in our callback or contact forms, we collect the personal data you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, and any message you send us. We also collect technical information such as your language preference to serve the correct locale.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and provide our services. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed to respond to your request and to comply with any legal obligations, typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. When needed to deliver our services, we may share your data with vetted consortium partners under strict confidentiality, and with service providers (for example, our email or scheduling tools) that process data on our behalf.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@oranjebridge.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
